The Returns and Refunds
You are eligible for a refund or return in the conditions specified below:
There might happen that you receive a product but the product that you had ordered does not match the one which you received, in such case you can either go for a return as well.
We offer the best packaging, but if for some reason it happens that the product was delivered at your doorstep in an damaged condition, you can notify the same to the customer care unit of ours and get a replacement for the product or ask for a refund, the choice is yours.
You should apply for the request for refund within 14 days from the day you received the product, after that the request will not be considered.
For us to approve your request for refund or return, our customer care executive need to verify if the request put forth one is a real one or not. Found real, your request will be approved immediately.
Note: If you do not receive your refund money even after 30 days of approval, please contact us.
The Cancellation Process : The cancellation of any order will be accepted only if the order has not been dispatched or if it is within the 24 hours of placing the request.
